Q. When is the last date I can order a letter to receive it in time for Christmas?
A. For UK orders, to allow for a busier than usual postal system, we recommend that you ensure your order is with us by 10th December 2008. We are happy to accept the order after this date but cannot guarantee delivery of your letter in time for Christmas.

Q. I will be bringing my child to the Wiltshire Christmas show at the Oasis Centre in Swindon on 1st & 2nd November 2008, can they give in their lists to Santa if I am not purchasing a letter from santa at that time (or have already purchased one online)?
A. All children can hand in a letter to Santa, this is a free service to everyone regardless of whether they have ordered a letter from Santa. Children can write a list and bring it with them or they can fill in one of the special forms at the show.

Q. Can I order my letter at the Wiltshire Christmas Show?
A. Yes, order forms will be available at the show.

Q. If I have more than one child, do I have to purchase individual letters for them or can I include them on the one letter?
A. You can put up to two children's first names on one letter but all other details (except age) must apply to both children for it to work. You will also only receive one pack (ie certificate, letter etc) but with both names on. If you need variations to the other personal details or would like individual letters or certificates, you will need to purchase individual letter packs for each child.

Q. My child will not be at his/her normal home address at Christmas but will be at home when the letter is due to arrive, does this make a difference?
A. Simply enter the address the letter is to be sent to under the 'recipient details' but enter the 'Town' details of where they will actually be on Christmas Eve. This way the letter should be sent to the correct address and they will not worry that Santa is going to deliver their presents to the wrong place!
